HANSON TRACT - early 29 Palms Land Development Portfolio

Most of us who have lived in 29 for awhile are familiar with the "Hanson Tract" area. Ole Hanson (died in 1940) was a Real Estate Developer in 29 Palms and formed the "Desert Homes Company" in 1935... and eventually sold his Company to his Son-In-Law Trafford Huteson. This Portfolio (from Huteson) includes a signed letter talking about "Property for Sale in 29 Palms" with attached "Lot Tag", plus there are *7* Twentynine Palms Ariel Views, a pull-out Map and a few other pages filled with great local "Land" History info. which includes the Hanson Tract area from around 1946. Great "Early" local collectible!!!
